Zinc electroplating

One process, two benefits: Reinmuth Galvanik's zinc electroplating competency helps protect your parts from corrosion and gives them an attractive appearance.

We accept no compromises when it comes to protecting your components against water or humid air – we only use the latest and most productive methods to process your components effectively, irrespective of the stress level.

While small parts are zinc-plated by means of the reliable barrel plating method, larger parts are coated on contact racks that can be adjusted to various needs. The production processes are worked out down to the smallest detail and implemented with the utmost of care. We attach particular importance to an even coating thickness over the entire part.

At your request, we also subject your parts to additional after-treatment – an exacting process on the basis of comprehensive analyses.

The result: parts of an excellent quality.
