Carefully designed and organised work processes guarantee our products’ high quality: Reinmuth-Galvanik has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 for many years. We apply exacting standards to our work, structure all in-house processes and thus ensure efficient organisation.

We optimise specific processes together with our customers to define the exact process sequences and the quality requirements for the products. An initial sample inspection report is the last step in this process. This is how we ensure then consistently high quality of all components that pass through our company. Our many years of experience in optimised process solutions provide the reliability our customers need to launch a new series.

Environmental management

We also comply with the comprehensive environmental management system requirements pursuant to DIN EN ISO 14001 with the aim of making our company’s work processes as resource-efficient and eco-friendly as possible. Our environmental policy declaration can be downloaded from this website.

Tested quality

We use a wide range of test and inspection methods to ensure the products’ quality in all areas of production. Our own laboratory with its salt-spray chamber allows us to test the parts for corrosion resistance according to DIN EN ISO 9227. Atom absorption spectrometry helps us analyse the metal contents precisely. Furthermore, our company also uses other test methods such as titration for chemical analyses, photometry and x-ray fluorescence to analyse samples.
