Electrolytic polishing ensures a smooth finish of the entire surface, removes burrs produced by machining, produces metallic purity, favourable cleaning properties, ideal corrosion protection and a glossy appearance. Precision ensures the leading edge: we perform stripping in the micrometre range to protect the steel.
STRIPPING/CHEMICAL DEBURRING
Chemical deburring also provides some very effective results along with electrolytic polishing. Both microscopically small points and larger particles are reliably smoothed in a chemical bath. The steel is removed uniformly.
Since the surfaces are active, the parts, such as valves and injection nozzles for which this method is particularly suited, receive a very high protection against corrosion. Their excellent smoothness makes them ideal for even the most demanding tasks.
